TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY SESSIONS

All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian (18yrs or above) at all times. Berzerk does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Parents/Guardians must not leave the premises without the child/children in their care.

Berzerk reserves the right to refuse entry or request a customer to vacate the premises without refund due to antisocial or disruptive behaviour.

You must not pre-book for a play session if you intend on running your own party from Berzerk. All Berzerk parties must be pre-booked from our booking platform 7 days in advance.

No refunds or cancellations.
